1. Introduction
Welcome to our taxi service. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Booking and Payments
All bookings must be made through our website or authorized channels. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Prices are fixed at booking and include all applicable taxes and fees. Cancellations or modifications may incur fees as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations after the pickup time. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
4. Service Conditions
We strive to provide timely and reliable service. However, we are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or road closures. Passengers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off details. Additional charges may apply for excess luggage or special requests.
5. Passenger Conduct
Passengers must behave respectfully toward drivers and other passengers. Smoking, eating, or drinking (except water) is prohibited in our vehicles. Any damage to the vehicle caused by a passenger will result in additional charges for repairs.
6. Liability
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in our vehicles. Our liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the booked service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed flights or appointments.
7. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your data solely for providing our services and will not share it with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
